GOT JOB ANXIETY?

GOT JOB ANXIETY?
Practice these 4 energy releasing techniques.
Anxiety can cause both physical and mental health problems. However, all is not lost. I have found Simple Energy Techniques- also known as tapping very helpful in reducing or overcoming fear, stress and general anxiety.
“Simple Energy Techniques” involve tapping on acupressure points. This releases the toxic energy (or chi) within the body associated with angst and fear.
Try these 4 simple steps and see how it works for you.
1. THINK ABOUT WHAT IS MAKING YOU ANXIOUS.
While you tap on the points below, think about the situation that is making you anxious.

2. RATE YOUR ANXIETY LEVEL.
Before you start, rate your anxiety level you feel from 1 -10.

3. HOW AND WHERE TO TAP.
Using your index and middle finger, tap hard enough FOR 10 seconds so that you can feel it.

DON’T WORRY, YOU’LL HIT THE RIGHT SPOTS.

Mid point on top of your head
Outer side of the eyebrow.
Inner side of the eye.
Under the eye.
Under the nose in the mid point (the angel spot)
On the chin at the mid point.
Under the collarbone.
Under the arm at the side of the chest.
On the side of the thumb, level with the base of the nail.
On the side of each finger, level with the base of the nail.
On the Karate chop side of your hand
On your wrist, 2 fingers down from the bend.

ALL DONE?

4. RE-RATE YOUR ANXIETY LEVEL.
Once you have completed one or two rounds, take a breath. Now re-rate your anxiety from 1-10. Pay attention to the feelings in your body, have they changed? Many people find their number has lowered and the anxiety is not as strong.

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR HOW TAPPING WORKED FOR YOU.

HAVE A CAREER DECISION TO MAKE?

HAVE A CAREER DECISION TO MAKE?

CONFUSED ABOUT YOUR GOALS?

CAN'T GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY?

Often it’s because we are trying to make a decision with the rational logical part of our left brain. But it's the brain's right side that helps us to understand visual imagery and make sense of what we see and feel.

So let's try this exercise and open our intuition and expand our possibilities.

  • Close your eyes. Relax. Breath deeply-in and out, from your diaphragm. Set your intention.
  • Allow yourself to be in the present moment and feel your physical body.  Notice it without judgement and observe.
  • Mentally ask your question. What do you feel?  What do you hear?
  • Listen to your all knowing self. What is your heart saying about the situation or decision?
  • Know that you are receiving wise guidance from your intuition-your "gut".
  •  Your answer may just be to act or to gather more information.
  • When you are ready, count to 5 and open your eyes.
  • Be mindful and aware as you move through your day of the answers or signs that may come your way. Intuitive information comes when you least expect it!
